Do I get a Preview?
Yup! Every order placed gets a preview of their mockup before the final product is sent so we can ensure you're 100% happy with it!
How Long Does a Custom Piece Take?
- For digital "Ready to Print" files sent by email, 1-3 days.
- Physical orders to the USA or Canada it take about 1-2 weeks.
- Overseas deliveries typically arrive in 1-3 weeks.
What if I Don't Like The Results?
We offer a "100% Happiness Guarantee", meaning we'll keep adjusting it until you're happy or your money back!
What is a "Digital File"?
A "Digital File" is a "Ready to Print" file which you can then print at home or at a local print shop (like Staples). This is our quickest, most affordable way of receiving your art.
Where Do You Suggest Printing the Digital File?
Using a Home Printer paired with "Premium Matte Paper" is the most cost-effective way.
Second to that, we would suggest any local print shop. From a "ma and pa" run shop to a big box retailer like Staples, Walmart, Walgreens, or in some cases, even Costco.
I Want to Print Myself. Where Should I Get A Frame?
We suggest the IKEA "RIBBA" Frame as it is the best quality and value for the price.
Amazon Frames, Target Frames, or Umbra Frames are also great alternatives.
What Can You Turn into Art?
Pets is our specialty! From a Horse to a Goldfish and everything in between, if it's your pet, we can turn it into art!

How Do You Get Your Adoptable Pets?
In most cases our adoptable pets are stray animals without a proper home or food that are in need of a loving forever home.

How Much is the Adoption Fee?
Adoption fees vary depending on the type of pet and location of adoption (Canada or the Philippines).

What Does the Adoption Fee Include?
The adoption inclusions vary based on the pet type and their life stage.
For instance, an 8-week-old puppy's fee includes the first vet exam, initial vaccines, deworming with vet records, a starter set of pee pads, approximately 2kg of kibble, a teething toy, and a personalized StrayFaces portrait sent once the puppy's name is decided.
Generally speaking, they will come up to date with necessary veterinary care, a starter bag of food, a toy, and a StrayFaces portrait of them.
Do You Have a Shelter to Visit?
We're currently unable to offer a physical shelter for visits.
However, our shelter is in the works in the Philippines. Our vision is to create a haven where strays thrive and where visitors can adopt, volunteer, or even enjoy a retreat in the future on an island sanctuary. Click here to learn more about Our Dream.
